Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (FirstPromoter)

Welcome to the dondi.ai Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program through the FirstPromoter affiliate platform (“FirstPromoter”). By joining and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Program rules, policies, and guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not join or participate in the Program. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The dondi.ai Affiliate Program enables you to earn commissions by promoting dondi.ai products and services. Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a unique tracking link to promote dondi.ai. Commissions are based on qualifying purchases made by users who register and pay for Services through your tracking link.

2. Eligibility and Representations

By joining the Program, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. All information provided during enrollment is true, accurate, and up-to-date.
3. You will keep your contact and payout information current at all times.
4. You operate in jurisdictions where promoting dondi.ai content is lawful.
5. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and ethical standards in operating as an Affiliate.

Failure to adhere to these representations may result in Program removal and forfeiture of commissions.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Lifetime Commissions
Affiliates earn a commission on all payments made by referred users for as long as those users remain active and continue paying for Services. Commissions are lifetime-based, meaning once a referred user becomes a paying customer, you continue to earn on future charges from that user.

3.2 Tracking and Attribution
Commissions are tracked through the FirstPromoter platform. A referral is considered valid when a user clicks your affiliate link, registers, and subsequently completes a qualifying payment.

4. Payments and Billing Terms

4.1 Payout Schedule
Commissions are paid out within NET 15 days after the end of each calendar month.

4.2 Billing Period
Each billing period consists of one full calendar month. Commissions are calculated based on transactions confirmed during that period.

4.3 Payment Methods
Payments may be issued via PayPal, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer, subject to supported methods and currency availability.

4.4 Payout Details
Affiliates must provide a valid full name and postal address for tax and self-billing purposes. This information must be updated prior to the 1st of each month to qualify for payouts.

4.5 Minimum Payment Threshold
Affiliates must reach a minimum payout amount of $100 USD before payment is issued.

5. Prohibited Promotional Methods

When promoting dondi.ai, Affiliates must follow all applicable advertising laws and ethical standards. The following promotional practices are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Paid Search and Brand Bidding

• Affiliates may not bid on dondi.ai’s brand name (including misspellings and variations) in paid search campaigns across Google Ads or similar platforms.

5.2 Incentivized Traffic

• Traffic generated via cashback, rewards, incentives, or similar schemes offering compensation for clicks or signups is prohibited.

5.3 Misrepresentation

• Affiliates must not claim to act on behalf of dondi.ai or misrepresent any relationship with dondi.ai without explicit written consent.

5.4 Unlawful, Offensive, or Harmful Content

• Promotion on websites containing illegal, hateful, violent, abusive, or exploitative content (including child exploitation, hate speech, or non-consensual material) is prohibited.

5.5 Spam and Deceptive Practices

• Affiliates may not use spam, misleading redirects, unauthorized edits to landing pages, or deceptive links that compromise user trust or platform integrity.

5.6 Copyright and IP Infringement

• Affiliates must not infringe on third-party intellectual property or use trademarks in a misleading manner to imply endorsement.

5.7 Age Verification and Audience Safety

• Marketing materials must comply with applicable age-verification requirements and must not be placed on platforms likely to be viewed by children.

6. Termination and Forfeiture

dondi.ai reserves the right to deactivate or terminate an Affiliate’s participation if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You engage in prohibited promotional practices.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.

In such cases, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at dondi.ai’s sole discretion.

7. Confidentiality and Compliance

Affiliates must:

• Keep commission rates and earnings confidential.
• Comply with all applicable data protection, advertising, and marketing laws.
• Cooperate with fraud monitoring and verification procedures.

If fraudulent activity is identified, payouts may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Changes to the Program

dondi.ai may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Affiliates. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
