A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Include as much detail as necessary for us to identify the material.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

e. Accuracy and authority declaration
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

f. Signature
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Where to send the notice:

We may notify the user who posted the content that a removal action has been taken and provide them with a copy of the Infringement Notice we received.

d. Recordkeeping
We will retain records of the notice and action taken consistent with applicable law and our internal policies.

Our objective is to act as expeditiously as reasonably possible while complying with legal and procedural requirements.
